After completing law school in 2001, Janice worked for a boutique law firm specializing in constitutional law cases in appellate courts. Following this, she spent 11 years as a staff attorney with Mississauga Community Legal Services where she represented clients regarding disability claims, social benefits appeals, and immigration applications.
